Qualifications

Main duties

• Lead plant‑wide engineering projects resulting in the constant improvement of facility operations
• Use Lean/Six Sigma/CI methods to improve plant processes
• Aid in improving automated equipment (PLC, robotics) processes
• Use Process Flow and PFMEA methods
• Reduce scrap, analyze data for improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean and/or CI
• PLC/robotics experience strongly preferred
