Are you ready to lead and transform manufacturing processes at a high-tech electronics site? We’re looking for a Process Engineering Manager to drive safe, stable, and scalable production while shaping the next generation of engineering talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Build and execute process strategies that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
• Drive NPI success, process qualification, and design-for-manufacturability excellence.
• Champion continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enable advanced analytics, MES/SPC systems, and automation to make data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• BS in Engineering 8+ years in process/product engineering or operations (electronics or high-reliability manufacturing).
• Proven team leadership and project management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
• Strong analytics and communication skills to influence across functions.
• Proven experience managing multiple direct reports and building technical teams.
• Demonstrated project management capability (charter through sustainment); track record of delivering measurable improvements.
