Responsibilities

Routine testing of in-process samples for process development of proteins with focus on bioanalytical assays (HCP, protein A ELISA, binding potency, activity, qPCR).
Optimize and troubleshoot bioanalytical assays.
Increase lab efficiencies and use high-throughput methods.
Interpret analytical data and relate to manufacturing steps.
Prepare data packages and client slides.
Maintain and review LIMS results; support QC with methods and instrument troubleshooting.
Author documents and protocols.
