Job summary

The role requires a STEM degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with LIMS and Microsoft Office. Experience with antibody-related modalities and assay development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, accountable, inquisitive, with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, fusion proteins, and enzymes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Routine testing of in-process samples for process development activities of proteins with a focus on bioanalytical assays (HCP, residual Protein A ELISA, binding potency, activity assays, residual DNA by qPCR).
• Optimization and troubleshooting of bioanalytical assays, learning assay principles and equipment capabilities.
• Increase lab efficiency and reduce turnaround times with high-throughput methods.
• Interpret analytical data and relate it to manufacturing steps.
• Provide complete data packages for review and compile slides for client presentations.
