Qualifications

• 4+ years of laboratory experience required.
• Experience in cell therapy industry preferred.
• Proficiency with mammalian cell culture sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of experiments to support process development, including DOE studies.
• Coordinate planning prior to study execution including batch record authoring and reagent preparation.
• Troubleshoot study execution challenges and propose path forward.
• Document experiments in electronic notebooks and write study reports.
• Perform statistical data analysis using JMP software and present findings to cross-functional teams.
