Job summary

BrainChild Bio, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate to join the Process Core team within Process Development in Seattle.

You will design and execute experiments to support cell therapy process development, DOE studies, and data analysis to advance programs and regulatory filings. You'll work with associate scientists and engineers, perform JMP-based statistical analysis, document results in electronic lab notebooks, and present findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related discipline.
• At least 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience; cell therapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with mammalian cell culture sterile technique.
• Proficiency with lab electronic notebook and report writing.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to support cell therapy process development including DOE studies.
• Support planning activities prior to study execution including batch record authoring and reagent preparation.
• Assist troubleshooting during study execution and evaluate potential impacts.
• Document experiments timely using electronic lab notebooks and write reports.
• Perform statistical data analysis using JMP software.
• Author study reports detailing work and results.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams after studies.
