Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Six Sigma Certification is required; Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in glass mineral wool manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards for white wool manufacturing processes.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing plants.
