In this fast-moving lab, you will work directly with equipment, develop process windows and qualify production recipes for scalable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in experimental process development or semiconductor processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot physical systems with disciplined experiments.
• Experience documenting results for reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Investigate defects and identify root causes across equipment, optics, materials and process parameters.
• Design and run controlled experiments to understand exposure and material behavior.
• Establish validated process windows, recipes and operating procedures.
• Characterize nanoscale structures and drive process improvements.
• Build records and data for future automation and optimization.
