Micropore Inc. is a specialty materials manufacturer seeking a Process Engineer to support current processes and develop new ones, reporting to the Head of Engineering. The role spans product development, quality engineering, and process improvement in a lean team environment.

Responsibilities include executing experiments, validating equipment, and coordinating with contractors. Candidates should have a BS in engineering and 3–5 years' experience in industrial processes, with ISO 13485

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience supporting industrial processes.
• Solid understanding of process engineering and development.
• Experience with process flow charts and visualization.
• Experience installing or modifying production or QC equipment.
• Solid statistical knowledge and use of Stat-Ease/Minitab.
• MS Project or equivalent for project planning.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute experiments to support process development and improvement.
• Support and/or lead capital expansion projects.
• Run validation experiments and report results.
• Increase throughput and reduce waste for targeted processes.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other outside parties.
• Track and document process metrics; maintain work instructions.
• Apply safety, environmental and energy best practices during projects.
