Saint-Gobain is seeking a Process Development Engineer to advance manufacturing processes across the Tape Solutions business. The role focuses on improving coating, web handling, mixing and material handling through data-driven methods.

You will manage projects, plan trials with DoE, analyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, safe and compliant process improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in manufacturing processes and process development.
• Experience with batch preparation, coating, web handling, and conversion.
• Experience with automation, process data exchange, and closed-loop systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes and implement new technologies.
• Lead projects with risk analysis, cost analysis, and scheduling.
• Plan trials and apply DoE methodology.
• Analyze data and report results with clear communication.
