Job summary

You will work with R&D, Process Eng, Equipment Eng, Automation & Controls, Quality and Operations to transfer concepts from pilot to high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and scale‑up of coating/lamination processes.
• DOE and statistical analysis used to optimize processes.
• Ability to transfer pilot concepts to high‑volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, scale‑up, qualification, and production release of coating/lamination processes.
• Apply thermodynamics, heat transfer, adhesion science, and web handling to define robust process windows.
• Design and execute structured experiments to evaluate materials and process conditions; troubleshoot failures.
