Bank of America seeks a Solution Manager within Enterprise Transaction Services Transformation Initiatives and Process Office, supporting Outbound Correspondence. You will develop and maintain the strategic solution vision, design roadmap, and operational requirements for complex capabilities across ETS.

• Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
• Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to change policies and standards.
• Strong presence and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, CoPilot and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.
• Experience navigating within and across complex business environments.
• Expert interpersonal skills to build and maintain business partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
• Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits
• Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
