You will design fixtures, develop CNC programs, and support advanced multi-axis machining by using G-Code, Fanuc Macro B, and Okuma User Task programming.

Requirements include GD&T and blueprint interpretation, plus 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, or precision machining.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, process engineering, or precision machining.

Aufgaben

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for precision machined components.
• Design and develop machining fixtures including selection of appropriate materials based on strength, wear, and performance requirements.
• Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining platforms.
• Support 5-axis, turn-mill, and multi-tasking machine tools.
• Utilize G-Code, Fanuc Macro B, and Okuma User Task programming.
