The candidate will support 5-axis, turn-mill, and multi-tasking machines, using G-Code, Fanuc Macro B, and Okuma User Task programming to boost manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Precision machining processes including turning, milling, grinding, and EDM.
• Fixture and workholding design.
• CNC programming and process optimization.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for precision machined components.
• Design and develop machining fixtures including selection of appropriate materials based on strength, wear, and performance requirements.
• Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining platforms.
• Support 5-axis, turn-mill, and multi-tasking machine tools.
• Utilize G-Code, Fanuc Macro B, and Okuma User Task programming.
