Job summary

The candidate should have 3–5 years PLC programming and HMI experience in an industrial setting, with a strong emphasis on safety and project leadership. The position requires flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years PLC programming and process control experience.
• Proven experience in HMI programming.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Lead and ensure safety initiatives.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize resources.
• High level PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define intermediate to advanced control system applications for machinery using PLCs.
• Perform QA on existing manufacturing processes.
• Identify areas for process control optimization.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve uptime.
• Assist in project planning and prioritization.
• Ensure effective shutdown and troubleshooting for uptime and quality goals.
• Support training resources to enhance team skills.
• Manage maintenance requests and inventory to optimize resources.
