Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 5+ years in process control
• Minimum 5 years applying process control solutions in manufacturing
• Proven cost reduction via process control improvements
• Advanced PLC/HMI knowledge and configuring automation strategies
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead process control best practices with mill leadership
• Share industry practices for control systems and apps
• Identify opportunities for process variability and cost reduction
• Provide project leadership for control technology applications
• Mentor engineers and technicians throughout the business
