Job summary

CandidTalent is seeking an Automation Solutions Consultant (Process Controls, DCS) for North Louisiana or remote across the south-central US. The role offers a $140,000 to $180,000 salary with 30–40% travel and permanent, full-time status.

Lead end-to-end projects using Honeywell Experion or ABB 800xA (DeltaV welcome). Develop scopes of work, proposals and cost estimates while serving as the primary technical liaison with customers.

Qualifications

• Must have deep process controls experience and project ownership from design through commissioning.
• Experience with DCS platforms (Honeywell Experion, ABB 800xA) is a differentiator; DeltaV transfers well.
• Comfort reading P&IDs, schematics and control panel drawings; ability to scope work and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project life cycles, DCS-led, from P&ID to site acceptance.
• Develop scope of work, proposals and cost estimates; act as technical liaison with customers.
• Travel 30–40%; work with customers across multiple sites and projects.
