Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic math and typing skills required.

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures products and processes comply with quality specifications and standards.
• Adheres to USDA, GMP, and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Monitors quality indicators and maintains documentation for compliance and product specs.
• Collaborates across teams to maintain process continuity and timely product delivery.
• Identifies and resolves process issues, including machinery downtime or material shortages.
• Maintains daily records and performance metrics; reports findings for opportunities.
• Assists with pre-op processes and foreign material investigations.
• Trains hourly staff and QA Technicians; cross-training in other areas as needed.
