Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be able to use basic math and typing skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all products, process and areas comply with quality specifications.
• Adheres to USDA, GMP and safety procedures.
• Monitors quality indicators and documents processes for compliance and specs.
• Coordinates across teams to maintain process continuity and timely product delivery.
• Identifies and resolves process or equipment issues.
• Maintains daily records of activities, performance metrics and issues.
• Monitors data and reports to inform opportunities.
• Trains hourly team members and QA staff in new processes.
• Cross-trains in other areas as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
