• Strong communication and teamwork across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products and processes meet quality specifications.
• Adhere to USDA, GMP and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor quality indicators and document processes for compliance.
• Maintain process continuity and timely product delivery across teams.
• Identify and resolve machinery or process issues promptly.
• Keep daily records of activities and performance metrics.
• Assist with pre-op processes and foreign material investigations.
• Train hourly team members and QA Technicians as needed.
