Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Process Control Site Leader to grow the process control capability at the Brunswick Cellulose Mill in Georgia. The role focuses on developing talent, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead mill control systems, mentor the Process Control Team, and drive improvements in safety, reliability and efficiency while delivering on capital and optimization projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with process control systems including PLC/DCS.
• 3+ years leading process control staff in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the Process Control Team at the Brunswick Cellulose Mill.
• Develop capability and mentoring for team members.
• Build partnerships with mill personnel to identify opportunities.
• Lead controls strategy for simultaneous projects and support activities.
• Oversee system design, testing, documentation, vendors, procurement, startup.
• Provide mill-wide process control support for optimization and safety.
• Prioritize resources toward high-value mill strategies.
• Own the process control networks including DCS, QCS and PLC.
