Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with process control systems and PLC/DCS platforms.
• 3+ years leading process control staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the mill's process control systems and team.
• Develop capabilities of Process Control Team members.
• Build partnerships with mill personnel to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Lead controls strategy development and execution for projects and support activities.
• Oversee controls project execution: design, specs, vendor management, procurement, start-up.
• Provide mill-wide controls support for optimization, reliability, quality, cost reduction, and safety.
• Prioritize resources toward high-value mill strategies and opportunities.
• Own process control networks including DCS, QCS, and PLC.
