TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and support moderately complex engineering projects across our client’s manufacturing operations. You will focus on developing and improving process control systems from raw materials to finished products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will design, implement, and optimize process control procedures, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience analyzing production equipment, materials, and processes; strong problem-solving.
• Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies: SPC/SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, RCA, DOE.

Responsabilidades

• Lead moderately complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Design and implement process control systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Conduct process failure analyses and root-cause investigations.
• Develop SOPs and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Perform feasibility studies for manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assembly.
• Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Create and execute test plans and analyze data for process improvements.
• Provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
