Job summary

GxP Associates seeks a motivated Process Engineer to support process development, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing teams. The role focuses on improving process performance, quality, productivity, and efficiency through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to process validation, documentation, and root cause analysis, while supporting Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical / industrial engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis and statistics preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
