Job summary

CEO Inc. seeks a Sr. Process Control Engineer to enhance automation systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will focus on control system optimization, HMI development, and executing control strategies that drive efficiency, reliability, and overall plant performance. Responsibilities include refining automation strategies, creating and maintaining documentation, troubleshooting control systems with maintenance and operations, and supporting capital projects and new equipment

Qualifications

5+ years in automation, controls, or process engineering in manufacturing.
Experience with distributed or plant-wide control systems (DCS) and PLC-based automation platforms.
Familiarity with multiple automation platforms and vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine automation strategies to improve process stability, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation such as control narratives, loop documentation, and system backups.
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.
Work cross-functionally to support capital projects, system upgrades, and new equipment integration.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize automation and workflows.
