The Building Engineering Trades are an integral part of maintaining and improving the core systems of the architectural structures on campus. These Electric, HVAC and Plumbing shops provide a range of services to academic, research, library and special University facilities which include the following:
Under general supervision of a supervisor, employees in this classification are assigned the responsibility to lead and direct the work of technicians and/or specialists in addition to performing the duties specified for the Process Control Instrumentation Technician job series.

The expected pay range for this position is $59.38 (Step 1) to $71.80 (Step 10) per hour. Placement in the pay range is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
