Qualifications

• Enrollment in BS program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.
• Completion of sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Software development across programming languages and hardware platforms.
• Maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Maintenance and problem solving of automation systems.
• Modify automation to adapt to new products and processes.
• Address issues impacting production or system reliability.
• Process modeling for mill processes of chemical, metallurgical and mechanical nature.
• Administer operating systems and relational databases on workstations and servers.
• Coordinate with production and vendors on system improvements.
