Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance / Automation or manufacturing.
• PLC programming experience 3+ years (Rockwell preferred).
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/AB Drives.
• Ability to read and develop control documentation and schematics.
• Familiarity with loop sheets and logic diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support control systems for mill process equipment.
• Configure advanced process control strategies and maintain design specs.
• Troubleshoot installed systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as a project resource in instrumentation or control/automation installs.
• Partner with corporate teams to implement new technologies.
• Support the mill safety program personally and through observation.
• Work closely with mill personnel to identify opportunities and solve problems.
