Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical science field preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Experience writing technical processing requirements for manufacturing or equivalent.
• General knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes and investment casting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, evaluate current state analyses and lead implementation of technical projects.
• Research, select and implement solutions using analytical engineering techniques.
• Collaborate across levels of the organization and present complex reports to leadership.
• Lead small groups, manage project budgets, and keep projects on track.
• Develop and maintain Process Maps, PFMEA, and Control Plans; monitor metrics and reduce scrap.
