Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or related environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize process controls by establishing effective adjustment and calibration procedures.
  • Identify and recommend electrical and network hardware, firmware, and software that meet process control requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical questions regarding installations and control devices.
  • Analyze frequent electrical breakdowns, waste, and product inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate electrical, electronic, and process control-related installations and modifications of production equipment.
  • Maintain and update electrical technical documentation to reflect modifications or improvements.
  • Support qualification and validation activities, including Computer System Validation following changes or upgrades.
  • Contribute to vulnerability management by applying security patches or coordinating vendor support as needed.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and assist users on operational technology (OT) systems.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to production teams to ensure optimal operation of process control systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and/or Seimens hardware
Annual Base Salary: $96,800 - $121,000
