Novo Nordisk seeks an automation specialist to manage process control systems across multiple sites. You will work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global standards and connect equipment to local manufacturing needs.

The role emphasizes cLEAN/Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with IT and operations teams, participate in audits, and contribute to SOP development while maintaining a strong safety and quality mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support plans to maintain and improve process control systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing schedules to execute plans.
• Serve as automation resource on process control projects.
• Adhere to automation standards and maintenance plans.
• Support audits and inspections for process control systems.
• Implement changes to SOPs and best practices.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
