Novo Nordisk seeks an Automation/Process Engineer to improve reliability of process control systems and ensure compliance with customer, business and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with operations and engineering teams to implement automation changes and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating schedules, supporting technicians, coaching colleagues, and upholding Novo Nordisk standards while traveling up to 10% and contributing to a safety-first culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university required
• Associate’s degree in engineering with two years of engineering experience required
• High School Degree/GED with four years of engineering experience required
• Minimum of two years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility &/or packaging systems preferred
• Technical/Process/Functional knowledge preferred
• Knowledgeable in PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL (databases), Historian, general controls a plus
• Organization/Planning: Knowledge in planning/organization, follow-up & completion a plus
