Novo Nordisk is seeking an Automation/Process Control Engineer to drive alignment of control systems with local and global standards at the Clayton API facility. You will work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure equipment IFA specs and connection readiness for manufacturing.
The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, audits, and project execution using cLEAN/Six Sigma methodologies while maintaining a strong safety and quality mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university.
- Associate’s degree in engineering with 5 years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing.
- High School/GED with 7 years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Support plans to maintain and improve process control systems.
- Coordinate with manufacturing schedules and project plans.
- Serve as automation resource on projects involving process control systems.
- Adhere to automation standards and update related specifications and maintenance plans.
- Support audits and inspections for process control systems.
- Apply cLEAN/Six Sigma problem solving in projects.
