Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, process improvement, business transformation, change management, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, materials planning, or enterprise processes.
• Experience leading change management, organizational readiness, training, adoption, and sustainment activities.
• Ability to document current-state processes, facilitate future-state design, develop operating models, and translate business needs into process and solution requirements.
• Demonstrated success facilitating cross-functional teams and workshops, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, facilitation, process documentation, and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP or advanced planning systems such as SAP, JDE, Kinaxis, PlanetTogether, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process workshops, operational discovery sessions, and future-state design discussions.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, workarounds, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future-state processes, operating models, governance frameworks, standard work, and adoption strategies.
• Create and execute stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, implementation, and change management plans.
• Partner with Product Owners, process owners, IT, project teams, and business stakeholders to align process and technology decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, operating models, training, and sustainment plans.
• Prepare teams for changes to processes, systems, roles, policies, and ways of working.
• Design role-based learning, training, knowledge transfer, and sustainment materials with subject matter experts.
• Build and support Super User, Trainer, and Change Champion networks.
• Develop and monitor process, readiness, training, adoption, and transformation-benefit metrics.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across business units, plants, and acquired organizations.
• Identify organizational risks, remove barriers, and implement mitigation strategies that support successful adoption.
