Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of global planning capabilities.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
Design and implement business processes, including SOPs and workflows.
Develop and deliver training, UAT support, and playbooks.
Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Tech and Planning.
Track adoption, business impact, and ROI.
Ensure successful rollout and sustainment of new capabilities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Transition Manager Lead to drive global planning transformation initiatives. This role is focused on change management, process design, and capability deployment—not day-to-day planning.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Technology, and Analytics to deliver enterprise solutions and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
