Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., seeks a Process and Change Lead to drive end-to-end planning and supply chain transformation. You will connect people, processes, planning capabilities, and technology, partnering with Product Owners, IT, and business leaders to shape sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing future-state models, and developing adoption plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain, planning, process improvement, or transformation.
Experience documenting current-state processes and designing future-state operating models.
Experience leading change management, training, and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate process workshops and future-state design discussions.
Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and supply chain process improvements.
Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
Develop future-state processes, operating models, and adoption strategies.
Create and execute stakeholder engagement, readiness, and change management plans.
Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and business leaders to support supply chain transformation.
