You will manage swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation and reporting. Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3+ years in related work; proficiency with Excel and Power Platform; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment; three days per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and accounting tasks, including swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize and maintain automation tools such as Excel macros, templates, and workflow-driven processes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, including macro failures and process disruptions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased automation.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure continuity of operations.
