Job summary

Quality and Reliability (QnR) seeks a Process Automation Developer to design and maintain enterprise-scale automation using IBM BAW and IBM ACE, focusing on banking sector projects. You will work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure robust integrations.

Responsibilities include developing message flows, REST/SOAP interfaces, MQ communications, and documenting solutions while supporting production environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with IBM ACE (or IBM Integration Bus / IBM BPM).
• Experience deploying/administering IBM ACE on AIX; Azure cloud familiarity is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Java, ESQL and XML.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MQ messaging.
• Understanding BPM principles and system integration.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills; IBM BAW/ACE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing process/case-driven applications in IBM BAW (BPDs, Coaches, Human Services, Server Scripts).
• Developing integration flows and services in IBM ACE (message flows, ESQL, adapters).
• Integrating with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP web services and MQ messaging.
• Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows; documenting solutions and supporting production issues.
