Job summary

Pi Square Technologies seeks a senior IBM BAW developer to design, implement, and optimize complex workflow solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment. The role emphasizes integration with multiple systems and a strong focus on automated processes.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of IBM BAW experience, CP4BA proficiency, and a solid understanding of container platforms, with exposure to Banking/Financial Services context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IBM BAW development experience.
• Experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and container platforms.
• Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: Design, develop and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
• User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
• Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows.
• Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions
• Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore for seamless delivery.
