Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Process Attendant for our Newberry, FL plant. You will support plant operations by performing equipment inspections, completing routine cleaning, and operating heavy equipment.

The role involves working with the Control Room, taking silo measurements, and ensuring safe operation in challenging conditions. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, is able to operate mobile equipment like forklifts, and can work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections, complete inspection sheets, and report or correct issues.
• Operate heavy mobile equipment (loaders, skid steers, forklifts).
• Communicate with the Control Room Operator to help resolve plant issues.
• Taking accurate and reliable silo measurements as required.
• Cleaning the preheater in a safe manner when required, involving extreme temperatures and heavy lifting.

About the Role

• Perform daily equipment inspections, complete inspection sheets, and report or correct issues.
• Operate heavy mobile equipment (loaders, skid steers, forklifts).
• Communicate with the Control Room Operator to help resolve plant issues.
• Taking accurate and reliable silo measurements as required.
• Cleaning of the preheater in a safe manner when required. This involves working in extreme temperatures, wearing heavy insulated clothing and heavy lifting of water blaster.
