Assurant, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Manager, Process Assurance to strengthen risk, control, and compliance across Connected Living.

You will lead a team of 6–10 analysts and supervisors, coach talent, and partner with business leaders to embed governance and proactive risk management. You will design and improve control environments, coordinate audits (SSAEs, SOC1/2, SOX), monitor deficiencies, and advance automation opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience in risk management, process management, or internal controls.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to drive results through ambiguity and change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–10 Process Assurance Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Supervisors.
• Coordinate development, documentation, and implementation of business control activities.
• Facilitate internal, external, and regulatory audits (SSAE 18, SOC1, SOC2, SOX).
• Build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Identify automation/AI opportunities in audit coordination, control testing, and reporting workflows.
