Job summary

Amazon Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a dedicated associate to help maximize employee productivity and ensure on-time delivery for customers. You will support, mentor, and motivate teammates while upholding safety and performance standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will ensure employee productivity is maximized and customer engagement is achieved. You will also play a key part in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.

Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. • Support, mentor, and motivate others

• Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
• 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail)
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
