Job summary

Power & Data Management (PDM) in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Process and Integration Manager to design, integrate, and continuously improve end-to-end plant processes. The role ensures cohesive operation across customer needs, engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, testing, and shipping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, or business process integration.
  • 3–5 years leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and integration of cross-functional business and operational processes, including information, material, decision, and accountability flows.
  • Develop standardized processes, procedures, workflows, process maps, SIPOCs, value stream maps, RASCI matrices, and standard work for critical plant processes.
  • Design, improve, and maintain the plant management operating system, including tiered meetings, escalation routines, performance reviews, visual management, action tracking, and KPI governance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues, remove barriers affecting value stream execution, and improve handoffs between Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions.
  • Define process KPIs, analyze process performance, identify recurring failures, and create dashboards or management reports that provide actionable information.
  • Lead Lean, structured problem-solving, project management, and change management initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
  • Partner with ERP, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, IT, and data teams to improve system integration, master data, workflow automation, and digital transformation alignment.

Position Overview

The Process and Integration Manager designs, integrates, standardizes, and continuously improves the end-to-end business and operational processes that connect the plant.

The role ensures critical functions operate as an integrated system from customer requirements through engineering, planning, procurement, materials, manufacturing, quality, testing, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and integration of cross-functional business and operational processes, including information, material, decision, and accountability flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, or business process integration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping, redesigning, and implementing end-to-end business or manufacturing processes across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Management, structured problem solving, data analysis, facilitation, project management, and communication

Nice To Have

  • Experience in electrical equipment, power systems, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, substation equipment, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience in engineer-to-order, high-mix/low-volume, project-based, or complex manufacturing environments, including S&OP / SIOP and integrated business planning.
