Wonder is seeking a data analysis internship within our BOH Development, Design and Procurement team. You’ll perform data cleaning, structure data, and build dashboards that improve procurement decisions and on-site workflows.
You’ll use Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools, while communicating insights to operations and project managers. You’ll test processes on real job sites and ship at least one working project.

Our Back of House (BOH) Development, Design, and Procurement team is seeking a versatile problem-solver for a project-based internship in data analysis and process improvement. You’ll join the small internal BOH team, which exists within the Construction and Design/Development team at Wonder. The role touches many parts of the organization, providing mentorship from multiple leadership levels. You will apply analytical skills to a physical, real-world environment, shaping purchasing decisions and redesigning workflows that get tested directly on job sites. The Impact You Will Make
Defining Success: These are example projects, the actual projects will be determined when the internship starts. Wonder will provide a clear vision for success and welcome input from the candidate on project scope and success criteria. By the end of the internship: ship at least one working project and present the results to the team.
As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
New York: $36.00 per hour. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
