With Wonder, you can mix and match hundreds of dishes from 20+ exclusive restaurants in a single order, so everyone gets exactly what they’re craving. Join us as we work to make great food more accessible.

The Opportunity

The Procurement Intern will support the Procurement team across sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and operational activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the procurement lifecycle and offers the opportunity to work with cross‑functional stakeholders while developing analytical, commercial, and project management skills.

The Impact
  • Support procurement and sourcing projects, including market research, supplier identification, competitive analysis, and RFP/RFQ activities.
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing spend, supplier, pricing, and contract data to identify trends and potential cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Support supplier negotiations by preparing pricing comparisons, benchmarks, historical spend information, and other relevant analysis.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, supplier information, contract records, and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requests, renewals, and other procurement processes.
  • Work with Procurement team members to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to support procurement initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for procurement projects and leadership reviews.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support category strategies and business decisions.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience working with data is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, finance, or vendor management.
  • Previous internship or professional experience is helpful but not required.

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in‑person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $36.00 per hour. Wonder uses geographic‑specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Benefits
  • The benefits applicable to this role include a competitive compensation package with equity and a 401(k).
  • We also offer a choice of medical, dental, and vision plans, company paid short and long term disability coverage, paid time off including flexible time off for exempt employees, paid vacation for non‑exempt employees, and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable law in addition to paid parental leave, discounted meals and exclusive perks across the Wonder family of brands.

Eligibility, effective dates, and available plan options vary by employment classification and location.
