Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Intern to learn and support end-to-end supply chain activities in NYC. The role involves analyzing data, building monitoring for health and performance, and addressing on-the-ground issues across tri-state facilities and restaurants.

The ideal candidate is an upcoming graduate (Dec 2027 – May 2028) in supply chain, operations, finance, or related field, with basic SQL skills and interest in Looker/Tableau/Power BI.

About The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Operations Intern, you will be brought on to learn about our ever-evolving Supply Chain operations and help drive strategic initiatives to support the growth of our business. In this role, you will use analytical, technical, program management, strategic and operations management skills to design, plan and manage the end-to-end Wonder Supply Chain. As an ideal candidate, you have the ability and willingness to work tactically to address urgent and strategic on-the-ground issues. This role is based in NYC but may require periodic visits to facilities and restaurants within the tri-state area.

The Impact You Will Make

• Build visibility into and establish monitoring for the health and performance of Wonder’s Supply Chain network and Inventory Positions
• Understand constrained environments and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues through proper channels
• Initiate new ideas, create metrics, problem solve using data, and implement strategic solutions with far-reaching influence
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to drive standard work, alignment, and productivity optimization
• Conduct on-site investigations to go beyond the data and understand the real-world impact of our initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

• Expected graduation date of December 2027 – May 2028 with an academic background in supply chain, operations, finance, or another closely related, quantitative field
• Ability to write basic SQL queries to answer business questions and provide data driven insights; bonus points for CTEs and window functions
• Experience with (or interest in learning) data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• An interest in pursuing a career in supply chain management and operations or data analytics

• Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $36.00 per hour. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
