Job summary

Metrohm USA, Inc. in Portland, OR, seeks a Field Service Specialist - Process Analytics to install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Metrohm process analytical systems across the Northwest. You will partner with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliable results.

The role requires 4+ years in process analytics instrumentation, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics. Regular travel within OR/WA and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience supporting process analytics instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and service documentation.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and beyond as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair process analytical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and product-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and optimization.
• Conduct equipment testing and verification for optimum performance.
• Mentor and support developing Field Service Specialists.
