Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an IPS ITPM Specialist to develop inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance procedures for Instrumented Protective Systems across petrochemical facilities.

You will work with IPS Coordinators, maintenance technicians, and operations to ensure procedures are accurate, compliant, and executable without impacting plant operations. A strong background in SAP/CMMS and AutoCAD is valued.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in the petrochemical industry.
• Must be able to translate highly technical information into clear procedures for non-technical personnel.
• Experience with SAP and/or CMMS scheduling is required or highly preferred.
• AutoCAD experience/certification is a plus.

• Create IPS ITPM procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and testing of IPS ITPM with maintenance and operations teams.
• Review and update equipment records and preventive maintenance plans in SAP/CMMS.
• Support gaps closure with applicable codes and standards.

What You'll Be DoingJob Scope: Generally responsible for creating Instrumented Protective System (IPS) inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance (ITPM) procedures for use my plant maintenance personnel in ensuring full-functionality and reliability of IPSPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure IPS ITPM procedures are in compliance with applicable regulatory, industry, and company codes and standards such as and Required Manufacturing Standard, Lifecycle Management of Instrumented Protective Systems.Standardize the existing IPS ITPM procedures with the new requirementsWork with facility IPS Coordinators, I/E/A Maintenance Technicians, and Operations Representatives to ensure the IPS ITPM procedures can be performed as written without significant affects to plant operationsField verify IPS instrumentation for:PSI accuracy;Applicable technical information required for the ITPM procedures, and;Physical hazards to be identified in the associated procedures.Determine the best procedure content to ensure equipment reliability and personnel safety during the ITPM processRevise and/or remove IPS ITPM procedures as required throughout the IPS lifecycleReview and submit information required to create equipment records and preventative maintenance plans in SAPRedline and update PSI, as requiredCoordinate the scheduling and testing of IPS ITPM, as requiredAssist with the closure of gaps with applicable regulatory, industry, and company codes and standards, as requiredReviewing plant equipment for inclusion in the instrumented mechanical integrity programIdeal BackgroundEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
