Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Procedure Support Tech I to assist the perioperative team under the RN direction. You will inventory, clean, disassemble and reassemble operating room equipment, position patients, and prepare for procedures.

You may help with case carts and transport patients to ensure a safe, efficient environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BCLS certification upon hire.

If needed assists with case cart preparation. Assists in maintaining a clean, sanitary, orderly procedural environment, and transports patients as required. To function as an integral member of the operating room team and contribute to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful and effective patient care environment.
