Required is a high school diploma or GED and BCLS certification at hire. This role supports an efficient, clean, and sanitary procedural environment and may involve case cart assistance and routine duties in the OR suite.

This job is responsible for performing a range of self-directed support activities that contribute to the overall efficiency of the perioperative area(s). Work involves inventorying, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, maintaining operating room equipment, positioning patients, and patient preparation for procedure. If needed assists with case cart preparation. Assists in maintaining a clean, sanitary, orderly procedural environment, and transports patients as required. To function as an integral member of the operating room team and contribute to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful and effective patient care environment.
